A draft is an alternative version of an existing Macro which is not actually in use, but can later replace the current version. Drafts allow you to work on a revision of a macro and ask someone to review it, or work on a bigger macro revamp project where you review the tone and voice of your replies or even prepare a rebrand.
If you've been creating Macro draft revisions, the bar at the top of the Knowledge page will show you how many draft revisions there are ("Replies to review"). Next to the number of replies to review, you will also see the number of draft revisions that are assigned to you ("Assigned to me"). These are the drafts which you are expected to review.
These are the steps:
- On the Cleverly Dashboard, go to the Knowledge page;
- Click on "Assigned to me" to see only Macros which have a draft revision.
Once you have reviewed the draft, you can assign it to another colleague or update its status to “Accepted”.
