A draft is an alternative version of an existing Macro which is not actually in use, but can later replace the current version. Drafts allow you to work on a revision of a macro and ask someone to review it, or work on a bigger macro revamp project where you review the tone and voice of your replies or even prepare a rebrand.
If you've been creating Macro draft revisions, the bar at the top of the Knowledge page will show you how many draft revisions there are ("Replies to review"). Clicking on that number will filter the Macro list so that only Macros that have an associated draft will be shown. You can use this to quickly find all the Macros which have been previously signaled as needing some kind of review.
These are the steps:
- On the Cleverly Dashboard, go to the Knowledge page;
- Click on "Replies to review" to see only Macros that have a draft revision.
You will see icons with different columns under the Review column:
- Needs Review (orange): there are ongoing changes to this macro, you are waiting for someone (or you) to confirm that the draft content is ready to replace the existing Macro;
- Accepted (green): the draft is ready, you (or your colleagues) have marked the draft as ready by changing the status to “Accepted”. This signals that this draft is ready to replace the existing Macro.
